The offered rectangular shaped Air Tray Dryer is made of burst protected double walled mild steel or stainless steel (304L/304/316L/316) sheet and it has single or double main gate and a trolley. Insulated fiber glass wool with resin based content has been used to fill the space between its double wall to prevent heat loss. This tray dryer is utilized for effective drying of fine powder based and granular materials under circulated heated air for longer period. The application of this drying equipment can be noticed in chemical processing, paint production, drug manufacturing, food processing and pesticide production industries. It uses spring equipped ball latches with pressure controlled function for secure locking of its doors. Rubber fabricated gaskets have been fixed on the lip section of its doors to prevent leakage. 

Easy to shift trolley of this Air Tray Dryer is used for trouble free conveying and placing of its trays. Steam operated coils or electrically driven heater or fan with high rotational speed or thirmic fluid coils are used to absorb moisture content from granular or powdery material.
